While environmental factors will play a role in the duration of the battery, the battery is sufficient to last 4-5 hours with both massage and heat features on. Using only one feature at a time will extend the life of the battery.

The chair cover is all weather resistant. To remove a stain, use a damp cloth and mild detergent.

The chairs should be stored in a dry environment. We recommend unplugging the battery from the chair while in storage.

Make sure the battery shows 4 lights indicating a full charge before plugging in the chair's massage and heat feature cords. The battery may go into sleep mode while not in use. There is a small button on the side of the battery that should be pushed to activate the battery.
