Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak seasons, processing times may increase slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume periods. Alpha Stadium Seats is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been handed off.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer promotional free shipping during select periods. If free shipping is offered, it will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Alpha Stadium Seats is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Undeliverable packages due to address errors

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.
  2. Check with your local carrier.
  3. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Alpha Stadium Seats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you to assist in filing a claim when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the product and packaging immediately.
  2. Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photos.

We will review the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
